Cancellation policy: Any cancellation or modification received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
Children policy: from 3 to under 6 years old 120.000 VND/child, from 6 years old to nearly 12 years old, surcharge 240.000VND/child/night. From 12 year-old, an extra bed is compulsory with additional cost 450.000VND/person/night.

Trẻ em: Miễn phí cho trẻ dưới 03 (ba) tuổi ngủ chung giường sẵn có với bố mẹ . Trẻ từ 3 đến dưới 6 tuổi ngủ chung giường sẵn có sẽ phụ thu 120.000đ/trẻ/đêm. Từ 6 đến dưới 12 tuổi 240.000 VND/trẻ. Từ 12 (mười hai) tuổi trở lên sẽ phụ thu theo giá giường phụ 450.000đ/khách/đêm.
